An easy little cut and come leaf to grow; wasabina mustard is easily grown in containers or the ground. In containers make sure it is well fed, well drained and watered regularly. It is better grown in light shade, especially as the weather warms up - being an annual it will want to flower as the daylight hours get longer near the end of May and this will happen more quickly in full sun. Once flowering it will not produce any more leaves but will self-seed if left to its own devices. It is a much better plant to grow early in the year and again in autumn, outside of the hottest months. It often continues to grow well into and over the winter.
