All our herbs are grown naturally without forcing them with heat and lights, which sadly means not all herbs are available all year round, indeed in winter many show unavailable, this doesn’t mean we don’t have them, more likely they are lying dormant waiting for spring. Occasionally we have only a few in stock, not enough to list as available until the next batch is ready, so please feel free to get in touch to enquire.
