INGREDIENTS
Dry:
- 150g self raising flour
- 75g rolled oats
- 1tsp mustard powder
- 1tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- A large handful chopped chives
Wet:
- 2tbsp tomato puree
- 5tbsp oil
- 75ml milk
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 1 egg
METHOD
- Mix together the dry ingredients
- Then mix together the wet ingredients before adding them to the dry ingredients.
- Divide the mixture between muffin cases or a muffin tin and sprinkle 150g grated cheese over them.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
