- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 heaped tbsps chopped curry plant leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Place the two chicken breasts in an oven-proof dish and cover in milk.
- Add bay leaves, curry plant, seasoning and turmeric.
- Cover with a lid or foil and bake in a moderate oven.
- Serve with rice and salad.
